Beautiful Belize

Hello Everybody from Belize-
I've made it and been enjoying myself amidst many other creative unique idividuals. It took an all day bus adventure from Mexico to get here and I made it just slightly after dark, but in time for dinner. The people here are great, food is wonderful, and everybody is very friendly. Belize is a very diverse place with many unique people who must be creative in order to survive. No common luxuries here but a very laid back simple way of life where things get done when they get done, and it is hard to get things done here.
The Bamboo farm and reserve is excellent well developed and is the beginning of a well off sustainable paradise. They have a great garden, a lot of bamboo and have planted a ton of fuit trees and avacado that are not yet baring.
Things are good here and I'm getting used to being tropical. I will be sending pictures soon and post more here in a few days.
I think of home everyday and only wish I could be drinking some cold California water, rainwater is not the same. Anyhow things are great and it has been great getting away from the rigidity of the US. Everybody needs to experience the laid back style in the tropics.
